Who you're dealing with

Local. Licensed. Checkable.

Liberty Water is a Sauk Valley company. The data we quote is public, the plumber is licensed, and the owner answers the phone, directly: (815) 420-4731.

Why we exist

Every water company says "free water test" and sends a salesperson to your kitchen table for three hours. We built the opposite: the region's public water data, published openly with sources, one phone conversation, and a licensed plumber who shows up exactly once, to install. If your water only needs the baseline softener, that's what we'll tell you. If it needs more, we'll show you why, line by line, from your town's own report.

01 · LOCAL

The number on this page rings the owner of the company.

Not a call center three states away, and not a franchise territory somebody bought off a map. We pull out of the same aquifer you do. When something needs attention, the person who answers already knows your street.

(815) 420-4731 rings the owner of the company directly. Ask anything.
02 · LICENSED

A state licensed Illinois plumber is the only person cutting into your pipes.

Illinois does not hand that license out. It takes four to six years working under a licensed plumber, a state exam, and continuing education every year to keep it. Roughly 8,900 people in the entire state hold one. Yours is installed by one of them, permitted where the village asks for it, so the work is right the first time and it still passes when you sell the house.

Licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health under the Illinois Plumbing License Law, 225 ILCS 320.
03 · WARRANTED

Two years on our workmanship. One year is what this trade calls standard.

If anything we installed leaks, drips, loosens, or quits because of the way we put it in, we come back and make it right at no charge, for two full years. Tanks are warranted for life and valves for ten. Nobody is going to tell you to call a manufacturer in another state and wait.

Across the major brands labor runs one to two years, and the two year versions usually require you to keep using their own dealer. Ours does not.
04 · NO SALES VISIT

Nobody sits at your kitchen table for three hours.

State health departments publish warnings about the free in home water test, because that demonstration is built to sell rather than to measure. We start from your utility's own published numbers, which you can read yourself before you ever call us. One call, one price, and the only person who comes to the house is the plumber on install day.

The Minnesota Department of Health warns that in home tests may simply be showing naturally occurring minerals.
Read the installation warranty in writing

Our workmanship, two years. Anything that leaks, drips, loosens, or fails because of how we installed it gets repaired at no charge for twenty four months from the day your install is complete. Parts and labor both.

The equipment. Lifetime on the tanks. Ten years on the control valves. Those are the manufacturer terms, and we register them for you, so you are not the one filling out a card inside ninety days to keep your own coverage alive.

Who actually shows up. The same licensed Illinois plumber who put it in. You are not routed to a national service line, and you are not required to buy a service plan from us to keep the warranty valid.

What it does not cover, and every warranty in this trade says the same: normal wear, damage from freezing, flooding, or tree roots, anything a different contractor altered after we left, and failures traced to maintenance that never happened. After your first year of care runs out, salt and cartridges are yours to keep up.

How to use it. Call (815) 420-4731. There is no form and no claim number. Warranty issued by Woosung Investments LLC dba Liberty Water.

The signature stage

Our premium builds are finished with a handmade copper vortex stage: copper chambers with borosilicate glass spheres that spiral the water the way a mountain stream does. To be clear about what it is: the certified stages do the treating, the copper is the craft, and we will never sell you a health claim science has not validated. It is simply how you know the work is ours, and it is the piece people walk visitors down to see.

Straight answers we're happy to put in writing

QuestionAnswer
Is my town's water illegal? No. Every system we've analyzed meets federal standards. "Above health guidelines" refers to stricter independent benchmarks. The report shows both, side by side.
Do you pay for reviews?Never. Every review is a real customer, unpaid.
Will someone come to my house to sell me?No. The only visit is the licensed plumber, to install.
What's included with every install?A first year of care matched to the build: salt checks, cartridge changes where cartridges exist, a six-month audit, direct support.
What if I say no?You keep the report, and we leave you alone.

See what's in your water first. Decide second.

The report is free, the call is 15 minutes, and nobody ever comes to your house to sell you. One licensed crew. A limited number of installs each month.
