Every price, printed

Five packages. The price is on the page.

Most water companies will not give you a number until somebody is sitting at your kitchen table. Here is the whole ladder, installed by a licensed plumber, with the real total. Pick the one that fits, add anything you want, and we will confirm it on a 15 minute call. Nobody comes to your house until install day.

Which town is the house in?

Start here, because your town decides most of the rest. It tells us whether you are on city water or a well, and it tells you what your own utility already found in the water it sends you.

Why Liberty

Before you send that over, here is who installs it.

The equipment on this page is available to anybody with a credit card. What you are actually buying is the crew that sizes it, puts it in, and answers when it needs something.

01 · LOCAL

The number on this page rings the owner of the company.

Not a call center three states away, and not a franchise territory somebody bought off a map. We pull out of the same aquifer you do. When something needs attention, the person who answers already knows your street.

(815) 420-4731 rings the owner of the company directly. Ask anything.
02 · LICENSED

A state licensed Illinois plumber is the only person cutting into your pipes.

Illinois does not hand that license out. It takes four to six years working under a licensed plumber, a state exam, and continuing education every year to keep it. Roughly 8,900 people in the entire state hold one. Yours is installed by one of them, permitted where the village asks for it, so the work is right the first time and it still passes when you sell the house.

Licensed by the Illinois Department of Public Health under the Illinois Plumbing License Law, 225 ILCS 320.
03 · WARRANTED

Two years on our workmanship. One year is what this trade calls standard.

If anything we installed leaks, drips, loosens, or quits because of the way we put it in, we come back and make it right at no charge, for two full years. Tanks are warranted for life and valves for ten. Nobody is going to tell you to call a manufacturer in another state and wait.

Across the major brands labor runs one to two years, and the two year versions usually require you to keep using their own dealer. Ours does not.
04 · NO SALES VISIT

Nobody sits at your kitchen table for three hours.

State health departments publish warnings about the free in home water test, because that demonstration is built to sell rather than to measure. We start from your utility's own published numbers, which you can read yourself before you ever call us. One call, one price, and the only person who comes to the house is the plumber on install day.

The Minnesota Department of Health warns that in home tests may simply be showing naturally occurring minerals.
Read the installation warranty in writing

Our workmanship, two years. Anything that leaks, drips, loosens, or fails because of how we installed it gets repaired at no charge for twenty four months from the day your install is complete. Parts and labor both.

The equipment. Lifetime on the tanks. Ten years on the control valves. Those are the manufacturer terms, and we register them for you, so you are not the one filling out a card inside ninety days to keep your own coverage alive.

Who actually shows up. The same licensed Illinois plumber who put it in. You are not routed to a national service line, and you are not required to buy a service plan from us to keep the warranty valid.

What it does not cover, and every warranty in this trade says the same: normal wear, damage from freezing, flooding, or tree roots, anything a different contractor altered after we left, and failures traced to maintenance that never happened. After your first year of care runs out, salt and cartridges are yours to keep up.

How to use it. Call (815) 420-4731. There is no form and no claim number. Warranty issued by Woosung Investments LLC dba Liberty Water.

What the install includes, on every package

Bronze gets the same plumbing work Diamond gets. What separates the packages is what your water goes through, never how well it is put in.

The parts of an installation nobody puts in a brochure

Isolation valves, a bypass and gauges on the whole build. Any single stage can be serviced, or taken out of the loop entirely, without shutting the water off to your house. It is invisible on install day, which is exactly why it gets skipped. You find out the first time something needs attention on a Sunday.

A licensed Illinois plumber, and a permit where one is required. Drain lines and power runs done to code, secured and labeled. The same person who put it in is the person who comes back.

Half now, half when it is running. Half schedules the install. The other half is charged on completion, the day the plumber finishes and the system is running. We test it with you before we leave and the readings are yours to keep, which is the part that matters, and the two year workmanship warranty starts the same day.

The first year of care, matched to what you actually bought. Salt checks where there is a softener, cartridge changes where there are cartridges, a six month audit, and a number that reaches us. Bronze gets the same year Diamond gets.

The honest notes

The price on the page is the price

These are installed totals, not equipment prices with the labor hidden underneath. The only things that move a number are a water test that turns up something specific, or a house that needs plumbing work we could not see.

Most homes land in the middle

Bronze is a real system and a real answer. Most families end up at Silver or Gold once they hear what each stage does. Platinum and Diamond exist because some people want the best, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Buy it here, or talk first

If you already know what you want, pay the deposit on the site and we call to set the date. If you would rather go through it with a person, send the build over or call and we will price it line by line on the phone. Nothing is scheduled until you say so either way, and the deposit is refundable until your equipment is ordered.

What it does when you sell the house

Nobody can promise you an appraiser adds a dollar for this, because appraisers do not have a line for water treatment, and anybody who quotes you a percentage is making it up. What we can tell you is what happens at a closing. An FHA, VA or USDA buyer on a well has to have that water tested before the loan funds, and a bad result stops the sale until somebody fixes it in a hurry, usually you, usually at whatever price is available that week. A treated well with paperwork walks straight through it. Then there is the showing itself: no orange in the toilet tank, no smell at the tap, no scale on the shower glass, and a warranty that transfers with the house.

More than one building is a design

Barns, outbuildings, a guest house, a second residence on the same well, or a house big enough that flow rate is the real question. Diamond is the top of this ladder for one house. Past that there is nothing to pick off a shelf, so we work the whole property out with you on the call and price it once.

Want to see what is actually in your water first?

The report is free, the call is 15 minutes, and nobody ever comes to your house to sell you. One licensed crew. A limited number of installs each month.
